I’m Whitney, founder of Ostrichized Brewing.
I started Ostrichized because I wanted nonalcoholic beer to feel like something you choose, not something you settle for.
What I’ve always loved about craft beer is the ritual and creativity: the cold can in your hand, unexpected flavors, cheers across the table, and the way sharing a beer brings people together. I just didn’t believe alcohol had to be what made those moments count.
And I didn’t want to simply recreate what already existed without the alcohol. I wanted to keep what makes craft beer exciting while giving ourselves permission to push it somewhere new.
That’s why Ostrichized is bright, flavor-forward, and a little unexpected. We make nonalcoholic beer that scratches that craft beer itch while breaking a few rules along the way.
Because the best part of sharing a beer has never been the alcohol. It’s the connection.
